Stupid rules are made because stupid people do dumb things that then results in rules being made. But, in any reasonable society, the "intent" or "heart" of the rule dictates how it should be enforced. Obviously, Verizon does not consider itself part of a reasonable society unless NPR gets involved. And that is just a bunch of shitz if you ask me.
@ Joel- I love it. More than anything though, I love that guy's picture. I want him to be my long lost uncle or something.
@ Mom - Yeah, typical. We set a rule to keep someone from doing something stupid, and it hurts someone legit. That's just the way it goes when you stick by the letter of the law and don't care about it's spirit.
